Protein supplementation is not necessary but sometimes it’s an easy way to get some protein in. Especially after a workout. However, there’s other ways you can do this – add some chia seeds, hemp seeds, nuts or oats if you prefer.
Choc Protein Smoothie Bowl with Mocha Granola & Raspberries
⭐️1 banana (frozen)
⭐️ Handful raspberries (I used frozen)
⭐️ Handful of spinach
⭐️ 2 scoops @liveinnermost Strong protein in choc flavour
⭐️1 tbsp peanut butter
⭐️ 150ml almond milk
⭐️ optional: 2 tsp ground flaxseed and 1 tsp maca powder
⭐️ Toppings: my mocha granola and raspberries
1️⃣pop everything but the toppings into a nutribullet. Blend. Top with granola and raspberries.
This is the perfect post workout snack or light brekkie 👌🏼
